Fun scramble, great views  Sucess!

I found this very enjoyable. Only a short section of class 3 and much of the loose stuff can be avoided. Great views of BCS too. Very user friendly.

Found the Loose Rock Traverse

Got a very late start from Gem Lakes. Enjoyed the views of Treasure Lakes and Dade Lake. When we hit a very, very loose traverse my kids weren't having any fun so we didn't continue to the summit.

Fun Scramble  Sucess!

Summer 2001
Scrambled this route, mostly below the North Ridge, with Mel-anie and Craig Nielsen. Below the ridge, it is mostly loose and unstable talus blocks.

This is actually a quality route if you make an effort to stay right on the crest of the ridge. This gives the most solid scrambling, and excellent views down the scary Northeast Face. Traveled up this enroute to BCS and Pipsqueak with ScottyS, D-Rod, and Stan the Englishman.
