They are highly recommended else the abrasive dunite might srape off your fingerprints. Gardening or leather gloves recommended over fleece ones. July 15, 2006. * It would be Class 5 on any other type of rock but this dunite stuff makes everything easier by a grade. The West Ridge of North Twin *is* totally recommended for new climbers and old climbers alike.
