Antennae

This was an eyesore all the way back in 1976 when my partner and I were there. A lot of metal debris scattered about as I recall.

I just recently read that this is one of several comm towers used by the NPS to enable communications with backcountry rangers (The Last Season by Eric Blehm). Based on that book, I think most of the rangers also thought it was "trash". -Gordon
