Notch in first rock band

10-June-2006: Casaval Ridge: Getting up and through this was a little steep. Lots of great rime ice in and around it. I went up through it and then climbed to the right, then cut left once the angle eased up. I then had the choice of going left to traverse and join up with West Face Gully or right for the Catwalk (fun !)
