A 4 day trip with Heather right after she returned from her speed record hike of the Appalachian Trail. Carne was our last peak of the trip and we raced down to the car to avoid weather which was obviously moving in. It started pouring rain the moment we got there. next time taking the high route
Very nice little basin full of larches, nice views, anticlimactic summit formation. Next time I want to take the high route to Ice Lakes.
