It's also possible to reach Point 1891 from the Tuscarora Trail. Take Route 340 to Bentonville, where you make a right turn onto SR 613. Folllow SR 613 for 2.8 miles, then turn left onto a dirt road that leads to a parking lot.
From here, hike up the blue-blazed Tuscarora Trail for 1.7 miles to the intersection with the Massanutten Trail. Turn left, and follow the Massanutten Trail to the summit.
