This is not very descriptive

I would think the Old Rag page covers this fine. The only purpose for an Old Rag trailhead page is to describe how to reach not just Old Rag, but also rock climbing routes, and some of the nearby mountains also reachable from this trailhead. Otherwise, this page seems like a trip report.

Re-read what you wrote.

As hgrapid said, this is really a trip report. Granted, if it was a trip report, I would regret reading it because of all the nonsense in it. Condoning cutting the trail in sections because it eases passage..???? They made the trail like that for a reason. The whole entry in general is nearly impossible to comprehend.

Shortcuts. No!

In the first paragraph you state: "Option of taking shortcuts in the first part of the trail." Shortcutting switchbacks causes erosion. Suggesting this is irresponsible.
