Old SMC and rusty Leepers...

Old SMC and rusty Leepers taken frm one of several reboltings at Tollhouse. The rock faces Fresno and sits right at the ozone level, which wears out steel faster than normal. We pulled on old Leepers that snapped like a Lay's potatoe chip.
