Wow .... I would like to book my ticket; but first I have to look for a rich man who could offer it to me ... I promise him that I will send him a postcard from the top ...
I would love to climb this mountain. Is it a mountain? It is so big... If you put everest next to it, you wouldn't even see everest, completely overshadowed by Olympys Mons.
I have always wanted to visit Mars. I hear Barbarella found a de-aging machine and is frollicking around on Olympus Mons alive and well. Very funny and clever page!
Come on Alpendave. This is a very interesting, and well done page, with excellent photos. It is wrong to give it 0 stars. Just because nobody will climb it in the near future, means that it isn't worth its own page....as long as it is as well done as this one. Let us have some fun for once!
I've found these can make intergalactic expeditions A LOT easier. Some holier-than-thou types (esp. Earth climbers) say it's cheating, but then I tell them to put their ice axes where the sun don't shine, & they usually shut up.
I'm currently accepting donations to do this peak in (Earth year) 2007. To contribute, please email me from my member profile!

Untitled CommentThe 7-summits is just a warm-up! The new challenge is to climb the tallest each planet has to offer. . .

Untitled CommentGreat page! For your "Resources" section, perhaps you should include this (pointed out on a thread awhile back by Misha):
