On a clear day

SP member Bob and I had visited the Larch Mountain highpoint a bit earlier and finished up our visit by hiking up the road to the tower infested top of Capitol Peak. Our reward was a nice clear day and a nice view of Mt. Rainier.
There is no view from Larch Mountain as the summit of that one is totally enclosed by forest. For views, Capitol Peak is the place to visit.
