On the Allalin Glacier looking back

Keith and rgg on the Allalin Glacier, heading for the Strahlhorn 7th September 2014. Note on the route: behind keith and Rob is a nearly horizontal rock spur - and behind that and across the Hohlaub Glacier is the Britania Hut. In summer the route crosses the nearly horizontal rock spur at lowest point ('directly above' Keith's head). This is to avoid tedious boulder fields and the very crevassed lower Allalin Glacier - which is only easily passable in winter, when covered in snow.
