Looks like fun!

Would rope be recommended on this particular section? It looks like a good scramble here in Colorado.

Yes, this mountain is PD-, (include grade I+, no very difficult), but is very exposed (fall of 600 meters to left and 300 m to right). The rope is advisable for the people with fear specially for the exposed ridge. An experimented mountaineer generally climb without rope but if you take a rope is a good idea. Many books say "advisable rope" in this mountain. I'll write the normal route soon with the explanation.

Efectivamente has acertado. Yo estaba ya muy cansado y me costó mucho la chimenea del Crabioules Oeste ya que veníamos de hacer el Perdiguero y además si he sacado yo la foto no podía ser yo mismo aunque me hubiese gustado. Lo dejo para la próxima vez pero con cuerda.

Eso de la derecha es parte del bonito Maupás aunque la cima que es un poco piramidal no se vé ya que queda fuera de la foto a la derecha después de ese pequeño collado que hace como una escotadura (me reservo las fotos de ese pedazo de monte por si le hago página alguna vez)
