My Product Description

A great light weight wind and rain shell. I've found this to be a super versatile piece of gear. It's very small and weighs next to nothing, blocks all wind and rain, the hood is big enough for a helmet.

The Mountain Hardwear Cohesion is a lightweight, full-featured backcountry jacket that provides maximum waterproof protection without the bulkiness.

-Ark™ nylon ripstop and Ark stretch paneling employ an abrasion-resistant, waterproof/breathable laminate; all seams are taped for 100% protection from seepage

-Conduit™ DT laminate has a ceramic-based print relief that wraps the skin with a soft surface free of clamminess

-Roll-away, helmet-compatible Ergo hood with a beefy laminated brim cinches down for a close fit

-Water-resistant pit zippers let you cool down as you like

-Chamois-lined chin guard protects your skin from zipper abrasion

-Molded cuff tabs close rip-and-stick style

The Cohesion jacket features welded hand and chest pockets with lightweight, water-resistant zippers; interior zip stash pocket

As i say in my description. It's super versatile. I was out in a canoe paddling in northern Canada with nothing but a Patagonia capilene 2 shirt on and this jacket with temperatures around freeze and wind with no problems. Totally blocks wind and pit-zips provide the right amount of cooling. A jacket I would by again and again.
