This stuff is outstanding. Tastes very fresh and there are a million HUGE blueberries. As usual, MH says 2 servings, but I don't know who they are feeding, because this would not be enough for two hungry climbers. I eat the whole thing and get the entire 500 calories. It's hard to find in gear stores, so If you see it, grab as many as you can.
