Great All 'Round Boots.
I love these boots! I got them to replace my ancient Vasque Sundowner boots and I've been happy. For $140 the comfort and waterproofness is sublime. No hotspsots or blisters after a few years and over 30 miles of walking.

PROS: Waterproof. Bargain price tag for what you get. Good ankle protection. Easy lacing. Rubber rand and heel durable on talus scrambling. Good snow traction.

CONS: Soles tend to get slippery on wet rock or mud. Outer leather either lacks proper DWR treatment or has none since it gets wet easily (even thought the Gore Tex lining will keep feet absolutely dry). Longer than average break in time.
