Product Description
The Vision is SCARPA's new high-performance shoe. A highly-sculpted / cambered instep provides crucial support under the arch, while a polypropylene midsole (1.4 mm) provides long-lasting sensitivity. The flat-lasted design of the Vision was created to blend power with sensitivity.It also features an innovative side-seam tongue that minimizes over-the-toe stitching and keeps the tongue properly positioned for a perfect fit. Better fit equals better performance.
The Vision is unlined for max sensitivity, while Lorica reinforcement on the upper keeps the unlined leather from stretching. This is the best choice for high-performance climbers, gym rats and boulderers.

All-purpose and precise
I bought a pair of Visions after trashing some Muiras during a road trip to the Buttermilks and I prefer the Visions overall. As described by Nanuls, the toe is aggressive but the shoe is quite comfortable. I've used it primarily on short, overhanging sandstone routes/boulder problems as well as in the gym and have been impressed by their versatility and precision. The construction appears excellent and they are showing no serious signs of wear despite becoming my primary climbing shoe.

good shoe, but
the pointy toes tend to crush your feet after a long day of climbing. i recommend more for short sport routes, rather then any serious trad or big wall.

best shoe ever
these are my first shoes and i love them. they are excellent for edging, smearing, and hooking. i use them for gym and bouldering. They are also great for sport. I have been using them for 8 months and they are still in great shape.

Good all-rounderAs far as construction goes, the toe is aggressive, and the instep is moderately arched for sporty moves at the gym or on boulders, but it's still comfortable enough to handle longer climbs, or keep on while belaying. And the sole has a midrange hardness, but still smears well.
