Very good book
Although there is quite a bit of overlap, this book is a sort of natural continuation from Steve Ashtons classic Scrambles in Snowdonia, as it includes numerous easy climbs that can be incorporated into longer routes to provide a true mountaineering experience. It is lavishly illustrated with clear photographs, topos, and diagrams, which also, thankfully prove very helpful. Rather than describing the route own their own, they have been joined together to form longer and more fulfilled mountaineering routes. An excellent book and an excellent bridge between scrambling and climbing.
