Add two cups of boiling water to pouch and let sit for 10 minutes (while it gets cold) and scarf (or choke) down.

Tastes OK
But the "meat sauce" is well, more like a bunch of the "usual mountain house beef nuggets" mixed in with a tomato sauce that apparently was designed by a chef that has never heard of oregano.

Also, on an interesting (or maybe TMI) note, it turned my bowel movements dark red. I don't know if that is a good thing or not, just a warning in advance...

Pretty good
It's got pretty good flavor, just your basic spaghetti.
