Great concept.
I bought this as an alternative to the helmet mount system my HeroHD came with. It works very well, even with a pack loaded down on top of it. Fully adjustable with a plate which normally covers your sternum. The only thing I found with this is when mountain biking the angle of the plate needs some upper adjustment to get the frame of the video higher. I added some pads to the lower back of the plate to raise it higher. By doing this the video frame now see's the panorama in front of the bike instead of my legs and knees cranking away.

This is a great investment for most GoPro owners out there.
