Interesting stuff, Scott. Good to see that your Pagoda expedition was a success. One note, your overview paragraph could use some editting; specifically, you mention that the Flat Tops are flat at least three times.
Yep. It seems to be surrounded by much private land, at least on the south and west sides, but there has to be a way up there somewhere. I'll have to do some more research.
