Almost a drive up. You gotta walk the final 300 feet. Nice views all around. Great place to watch a thunderstorm
Tourist trail up to the top from the parking lot, nice views. Spent the rest of the day checking out the cliff dwellings etc around Chapin Mesa.

I went to Park Point after hiking in the La Plata Mountains. It was my first trip to Mesa Verde.
