Climbed up from one of the largest Hilton Lakes directly west of the peak. This had some (probably avoidable) slabby class 4 at the base with many options from class 2 to class 4 along the way to the summit. The most direct route was a chute that was mostly class 2, although I stayed on the ridges to the side of this (class 3). Good scramble.

NE Ridge
What looked on approach like a well-defined ridge with potentially some knife-edge action turned out to be good old fashioned class 2/3 talus. Not too shabby of a climb though. The traverse to Pointless was fun too.

SC 2014 day 3 hike/climb to honor and pay tribute to Pat Hadley. Some very nice thoughts were expressed as we reflected on this special woman for a memorial at the summit.
