Big cojones!

This is such an impressive line. Climbing it with a rope one still has to stop and watch in ahhhhh! But soloing it! WOW! Ever hear of the story of Yabo's night time naked solo?

Re: Big cojones!

Yeah, big cojones is right! Just thinking about soloing this scares me. I haven't heard the Yabo story. Did he solo this route naked at night? Now that's crazy!

Legend has it...

I've heard the story a few places. I've been told that he was dared to do it at night and naked for a bet of 5 dollars. Must of been really desperate for cash! I heard that he got to the crux move and started to Elvis. People started to turn around and walk away so they wouldn't have to see someone deck. He did a desperate dyno move and pulled through the crux!

Re: Legend has it...

His buddies also hid his clothes while he was on the route... not too cool, eh? Lynn Hill details the story in her book, "Climbing Free."
