The fear

of not being able to see what is ahead is sometimes comforting on difficult treks, but in this case it almost makes it a bit more spooky and surrealistic. Great "in the moment" shot.

Thanks! This shot is a lot spookier looking than it really was...of course, that may be because I've climbed this route a number of times so I knew what was ahead. I did think the shot turned out kind of cool, though, with that eerie feeling.
