...of the name "Pinja". Where did you get it?

Slovenian publisher Henrik Tuma in his book
Toponymy of the Julian Alps claimed Pinja as
name given by locals from Trenta valley.
Pelc (nad Klonicami) was apparently name given by locals from Bavsica.
Looks like Bavsica won the game?
