Day Hike
Hiked/scrambled traverse with a buddy of Josh Lewis as a 15 hour day hike. The climber's trail from pt 5308 to pt 5212 is marked with yellow flags at 3 critical points but it is faint and brushy. The final bit that connects to the West Ridge at the 4900' saddle is precipitous, muddy class 3 with limited holds and would probably warrant a rappel for some. I would have preferred more snow on the route by going earlier season to make the talus fields and muddy sections easier. 24 hours later my body still hates me and pain is plentiful.

P-I traverseClimbed this solo in about a day and a half with a light bivy way off route, should have brought crampons.
