Arizona crampons?

Yes they should. The best bet is to try them on, but since that is not a possibility buy, try on, make sure they fit real good, and be willing to return if you do not like them. I have a pair of the black diamond sabretooth, and I love them. However, they are not the pro version, but I imagine you will like them just as much. They are a good quality product from a good quality company!

Our club did that route in snow with just strap-on crampons... but step-ins weigh about the same, so you might as well get the best crampons for the boots. If they seem to fit (stay on the boots securely), go to some area with turf (a park, a golf course) and walk around on the grass with your boot/crampon combination. People will think you are crazy, but hey, it's Phoenix.

just a light common mountain axe -- BD raven (pro a bit lighter), etc.
