Back in the Old Days...

This page would hit the 35-45 vote mark. Great page for a great mountain with a standard route doable (long on length and vertical but not techincal) for most of us here at SP. For some odd reason the prominent Whitehouse was never submitted to SP in the past. A huge contribution to Summitpost.

Thanks for pointing this page out, its a great page and a really cool mountain that I hope to get up one of these days.

Seems that a lot of new stuff falls through the cracks, but maybe that is actually a good sign? My hope is that the "what's new" is just getting turned over too quickly because of a higher volume of contributions!

all of liba's work is first rate. her pages are some of the best i've seen during my SP years, and we're lucky to have her contributions. she also brought the pigeon and arrow pages back from the dead with awesome work!

mike, the what's new for colorado thread is all but dead. a page lasts 6-12 months. our indy climb is still on the second-to-last page

I was hoping Liba would have moved to Arizona, instead of Colorado.

Excellent work, Lady Liba :!: :!: :!:

Yeah, it seems a lot of people don't utilize that thread, as far as the high turnover, I was referring to the "What's New" in the header bar that covers that whole site, that one the newest mountain pages usually only last 3 or 4 days, so its easy to miss good new stuff unless you are checking it a lot.

As soon as Liba moved to Colorado, it (suddenly) became a BETTER place.

The ONLY reason why I don't move to Colorado is because my WIFE prefers the (much warmer) climate of ARIZONA, where you can FRY EGGS on the sidewalk ..

Yup, you're LOOKING at a HEN-PECKED HUSBAND ... cluck, cluck ...
