Broads Twin Peaks

I am driving down to SLC to do a hike up broads Twin Peaks and possibly the triple traverse. does anyone know what the snow situation is looking like up there right now? Thanks in advance,

It's snowing up there right now, at least a foot of new. Go the National weather service Salt Lake page, click on the weather camera's and the Wasatch pictures. I've done it with this much new snow, but it 's rather nasty, spaces between boulders are not filled in creating treacherious ankle spraining conditions.

If you are planning on using the road to Albion Basin, it may have already been gated off. You can call the town of Alta to find out. The rocks on the Boullion Divide route aren't going to be any better than those of the Triple Traverse, but the terrain is a little more mellow.

This is what it looks like this morning, the photo is looking at the American Fork Twins Midway through Bullion Divide.

Alta has started making snow in Albion Basin, the summer road is now closed, so Bullion will be a much longer approach.
