Now we are back on topic. Properly prepared (as menudo), tripe soup is a good way to rehydrate and return electrolyte balance.

Is this similar to feijoada?

Not really. Menudo soup is mainly tripe cooked with red chile sauce. The cook may add other stuff.

That dude with the "afro" bears a striking resemblance to Art Garfunkel.

I think Llama steaks are too ugly for anyone to eat.

I thought it was for a group of them - one moron, a pack of morans. Or he was complaining about Churchills doctor, or should that be doctar?

We're guessing the troll was a she -- who frequented this site, and did show clever repartee. Unfortunately, the cleverness was admixed with some pretty vile stuff, and she was banned, and has repeatedly signed up under other names to post more vile stuff.

Better get to her fast, though; after a few hours sitting there munching on popcorn and reading this stuff, she may not be so hot anymore.

She's bulimic. That's an animated gif that you don't want to see.

She looks a little like Charlize Theron, who I've always thought hot.

WeakFemale wrote:Psst, Kristoria, here is another antibody tip from toxo. Hopefully Lawyerfag won't delete this before you see it:

For Westerns, dilute the primary antibody in plain TBST without milk or BSA. As long as you have blocked beforehand there is no problem with noise. That way, the same working dilution of primary antibody can be used over and over again, up to a month or so (You could add a bit of azide for longer storage, which would be washed off by the time for HRP detection).

Many people don't realize you can do this and discard antibodies diluted in milk/TBST after one use since milk doesn't keep. I save bundles on antibodies this way.

(About the weird handle: I was going to troll the "Dragging SOs to mountains" thread using it, but realized I don't have the necessary jpg)
