Has the above person spammed anyone or posting anything? If so, I'd delete them for sure.

For the other elves:

We allow some people that are guides be members as long as they contribute and don't spam anyone. Is there some rule on this? I just want to make sure before deleting.

I'd be more lenient than that. We have plenty of members who don't contribute. I'd say let them be members as long as they don't spam anyone or post advertising (other than on their profile).

We remove people who have no content and have spam like profiles (both conditions need to be met for it to be without hesitation). A profile picture of a nice looking lady doesn't count as content. Members like this one pass the elf test.
