Reworked Pages-- Mexico, Central America, and Caribbean

Allow me to be the first... :)

I just finished overhauling the Iztaccihuatl page in Mexico. I added a memorial to Chris and kept most of his original work, added some more info in the form of text, photos and a map and clearly labeled what Chris originally wrote and what I added.

I am honored to be able to keep this page maintained and if anyone has anything they feel needs to be added, let me know!

Pretty much completely redone. The text of the old version had apparently
been lifted from the Fodors website, so that had to be thrown out.

Among some of the many pages I have been recently re-vamping, I have adopted the Pico de Orizaba Page and will continue to maintain it. RIP Chris
