Ireland (north & south) has some great rock climbing :D
The will probably give you all the links you need.
I'm from the north and can thoroughly recommend: - Fairhead is an amazing place, some would say the best crag in the UK! BUT - not a place for beginners - you neen to be happy leading VS (5.8 ) to enjoy it and really to be leading E1 (5.10a/b) to really open up its potential. Like all crags it is natural pro - NO BOLTS!! - much more potential for the kinds of grades you're talking about and beautiful walks & scenery - mountain crags (if you can call what we have mountains!).

Potential for top-roping at various sites.

Check out the forums on the sites and leave a message - people will be more than willing to help you out!!

All the best,
