I wish the <a href=http://www.summitpost.org/cgi-bin/vote_message_display.pl?mountain_id=55>Ararat page</a> had an active maintainer.
The current one has been gone for a long time.

Nurettin, didn't you climb it recently?

Flooded rivers, loads of penitentes etc. made us throw in the towel early and we abandoned the idea of reaching the intended peaks.
No fun to be swept away in red, super violent rivers, full of tumbling boulders.
A month too early. Have to go back to the area. Some of the peaks there looked wonderful. Pabellon and some lines on Marmolejo were two that attracted me.
Had a very nice 6 days in a beautiful area though.
