Training tip of the day – you choose…

…which one works best for you :?:
I’ve tried some of these (I won’t say which :roll: ), but I prefer performance enhancing Flaming Hot Cheetos :lol: to any of these options.
1. Stop Washing The Dishes
2. Make someone else flake your rope
3. Cut Your hair
4. The Pre-Climb Ritual
5. Deny Sexual Gratification

About every six months or so I try #3. Never tried the others. Maybe that's why I'm such a lousy climber.

Ages ago, I cut my shoulder length hair and then climb some hot suffer-fest on the north side of Tahquitz. We all bonked that day, but I was sure it was due to the Samson jinx :D

Now that I’m follically challenged I don’t have to worry about #3 so much. Hmmm….maybe I should start doing this Follically Challenged workout :shock:
