U tube dangerous hikes

I've seen this before, but I don't quite get how Mt LeConte makes it on this list. Maybe if it's icy out, but there's really not one part that even seems dangerous.

Seems like the Cables Route on Half Dome should be on there.

What qualifies as a "hike"? Less than 3rd class?

I bet there's some Cambodian mine fields that are pretty dangerous to go hiking around...
or how about hiking through Tijuana wearing a Rolex and pair of Oakley's. Sketchy.

Yea, my 5 year old did Alum Cave in tennis shoes....maybe they mean the dinner at the Lodge is dangerous, gave me heartburn once :wink:

most of the mountains posted on summitpost have hiking routes that are substantially more 'dangerous' than these silly videos.

The Alum Cave squirrels are pretty aggressive, that might be an objective danger we haven't considered.

Yeah, I guess that's extreme for the East Coast! I though The Precipice Trail would have made it on there before Alum Cave.
