Any of you skiiers been up near Onion Valley yet?? I know the road hasn't been plowed yet. (as of Friday 4/2 at least)
Anybody know how close you can get to the campground, (how high and/or the distance in)
Hope to go up next weekend if we can get close enough.

The road is clear up to about 2 miles past Upper Greys Meadow Campground. I dont know the added mileage you will have to skin/hike up...

Was up there not too long ago for some skiing in the bowl just up the road, very fun

For anybody else who is interested
We had called and were told it would be plowed in a week or two but apparently the storm at the begining of the week dropped a foot or more snow they now say its open to 7 Pines and don't plan to plow it till the end of the month.
