Well I got my butt kicked in a wildland fire academy where we ran, hiked and did pushups for 10 hours a day. All I had been doing were shorter crossfit workouts like Fran and Cindy to train before that. Idk if longer workouts would've helped or not, but I'm feeling much better now, training by running and hiking... Hiking with lots of weight btw, I guess I can handle it because I'm young.
