Perhaps I should clarify...I am trying to get this image to show in the forum. If I type in [url] then it shows up as a link, but typing in [img] does not seem to work.

Your text is for the image webpage... not the image itself. Click on the image to view the full size, or click one of the large/med/small/thumb links. (this is the same thing FortMental was saying)
