Relocating near the mountains!

by climbxclimb » Sat Jun 26, 2010 9:27 pm

So...finally it is happening....by Settember I will be relocating to Italy to work for the Airport in Torino....
And I will have 500km of the Alps chain within reach....
I am very happy for the geographical location and the new job!
To all my friends on Summitpost: come and visit and let`s go ski and climb together....!

But .. just remember to complete all your papers!

We can't have "illegal aliens" causing a commotion here on SP!

Torino sounds ideal for the Mont Blanc group, the Valais, the Paradiso group, and the Dauphiné with some of the most impressive peaks in the Alps. Oh, to be of your age and live there!

Congrats. I'm in the process of relocating near mountains as well, only it's Southern California.

You won't regret it. I relocated to the mountains and just to wake up around snowy peaks is worth it.

I'm hoping to relocate sooner rather than later as well, only I want to leave Florida for the Rockies for PNW
