I'd like a pointer to some specs on climb-spec tubular webbing.

Specifically, I'd like to know the elongation factor at (say)

10% of the breaking strength
100% of the breaking strength.


That is, the fraction the webbing stretches (from the initial length) at the specified conditions. I'm not sure if this is the proper term, but I think I can get what I want from any data on stretch under force.

Thanks -- that is, in fact, why I wanted the independent elongation numbers. From those videos and results, I back calculate that the elongation on breaking (for tubular webbing) is about 5%. I wanted to see if that was consistent with actual measurements of webbing stretch.

I have done some independent but not rigorous tests and see way more than 5%, probably 10+, in the webbing I use before failure. Sorry I don't have numbers, I never had a need to measure. I was just interested in checking the strength of my stitching.
