The lack of vocabulary in your answer confirms that you are not ready to do that. Polish mountains can be really dangerous in winter. If I were you, I would stick on what people usually do, keeping on the open trails and do the usual winter hikes.

If you're comfortable with the Alps in winter, why don't you go to the Tatras? Look at the link Visentin has pasted just above. This is kind of little Alps - smaller area, easier access, shorter routes, but can make for a similar level of difficulty.

Whatever... imho your approach is just the opposite order as things should be: you decide the fun you are going to have, and then you search for the mountains that could fulfill it.
First read about those mountains, on SP or elsewhere, and if they make you curious then you'll visit them - and you'll already know how.
