On Sunday, 9/5/10 I misplaced my La Sportiva velcro approach / climbing shoes on the return from climbing Bear Creek Spire and Mt. Gabb (descending fairly lost in the moonless dark). They're definitely between Cox Col and Dade Lake and most likely just above Dade Lake in line with the approach to the NE Arete (although I only know when I last saw them and first noticed them missing). They'd likely be sitting prominently on top of a big flat boulder good for taking a snack break.

They're light grey/white with three velcro straps, a full toe rand but a foam hiking heel and should be clipped together with a mini-biner, something like size 41.5. I will pay for shipping as well as a finder's fee if anyone comes across them - they were discontinued many years ago and I still love climbing fourth class with them. Thanks!
