As much as I wish that I had, I did not invent the term. I first heard it from Dean, and Scott claims to have coined it. I just immortalized it.

I have climbed some really remote mountains, have been on some fairly hard climbs and adventures and have climbed with literally hundreds of people, but my favorite climbing partners are my wife and kids. I really couldn't ask for better climbing partners than them. Before my wife and I met, she hadn't ever even been on an easy hike and now we have been on so many adventures together and will continue to do so (though our traveling days are mostly over). Being married is the best thing in the world.
