Train to Lhasa, Tibet
I'll be in China in a few weeks and am looking into taking the train from Shanghai to Lhasa. Does anyone know for certainty if I can easily get the train ticket and the Tibet Travel Permit by myself when I arrive or if I will have to hire a tour guide. There seems to be so much misinformation on the internet that I'm unsure. Anyone done this ?
