I've increased Oxycodone to 20 mg/24h. Let's see how it goes. Now I'm writing you instead of sleeping. It's sunday at 6:08...

L5-S1 -- she was able to have a microdiskectomy.

My boss had a much more complicated cervical disc problem; he had pretty major reconstruction.

And that one is a real spinal disc herniation:

Feeling somehow fine taking the Oxycodone twice a day. Today I have ascended my first mountain after knowing that I have a cervical hernia. You can read the story there:

Well, it is not a long or tricky mountain but I was happy up there, even knowing that I couldn't carry a backpack. Despite the weather conditions we both enjoyed the excursion.

No tiger, it won't keep me down long. I must fight against my hernia by being somehow in form. Half an hour ago I've rode 20' my excercise bycicle. One month ago I couldn't keep my left arm on the handlebar more than 5' because of pain. Mainly the oxycontine and also my TENS could have helped me for ascending mountains again

I am bad again and I feel that it could influence the people I surround with. I'm walking almost everyday and enjoy the loneliness but I'd need some advices on how to live having 10 pils a day being 40 years-old :(

Three oxycodones a day is really not that much -- the folks who get really addicted may be taking 10-20.

I can't say much: except keep your spirits up! You need to see people, even if it's just on a trip to the cafe. You can probably find small exercises, and can while away a surprising amount of time with those.

Can you do any stretching, or is it ill-advised because of possible neck injury?

Opiates are depressants in the long run. They need to be balanced with something that will give you a bright side to your life.

They were two oxycodones of 10 mg a day MoapaPk, but I was taking 50 mg of Tryptizol (Amitriptyline) a day too. However I visited my doctor two weeks ago and I asked her for decreasing my oxycondone intake. So I'm taking 15 mg of oxycodone and 50 mg of Tryptizol a day. And my relation with people I surround with is good now. When I took 20 mg of oxycodone a day my mood changed from angry with everybody to crying. Even I behaved as I've never done before. I'd left SP as well. Now I still have itch in my 2nd and 3rd fingers and I sometimes feel a weak neck. My mood is good and I almost have a normal way of life. I'm back to the show ;)

And no Moapa, stretching is not indicated here but I'm still walking, putting my TENS on my back muscles, driving as always and sometimes riding my exercise bike. I'd like to carry a light backpack in the mountains and riding my mountain bike but they still will have to a wait some months.
