No, endorheic lakes have no outlet (closed drainage basins). Some of the largest lakes on earth are endorheic.

Speaking of lakes/ponds/seas etc, I assumed it had to do with size, inlet/outlet (or lack thereof) and salinity. I always was taught the Great Salt Lake was actually a sea. Similarly, the Salton Sea in southern California, although I guess it could be an endorheic lake. Endorheic... I like that word.

There's probably a lot of local custom at work when naming bodies of water.

Definitions evolve with limnology. At one time, the dominant view was that a pond was a body of water that was shallow enough to support rooted (living*) plant growth throughout. At another, a pond was said to be shallow enough to have light penetrate to the bottom. These definitions bias small, cold tarns to be considered as lakes.

*There is a deep, cold lake in Oregon that has a drowned forest on the bottom.

I have read Legore Lake in the Wallowas is the highest in OR. That is if one doesn't consider the water body on South Sister to be a lake.

I wouldn't consider that body of water on S. Sister much of a lake; more like a tarn.

No Mystery. Next time use the URL for the photo (the cloudfile URL). The URL for the SP page isn't a link to a photo.
