Mt Marcy, Hiking this weekend, conditions?

I am looking to get a feel for the conditions of Mount Marcy. A crew of us is heading up this weekend. Any feedback from the last few weeks would be good. Thanks!

Thanks for NWS but I am looking for trail conditions. Weather looks like it will cooperate or better than 100% rain/snow!

Still plenty of snow in high shady spots at last report, but it's been warm. I'd bring Microspikes for riding the monorail, but you can probably get by without them. Expect a little mud, the weather's been rainy.
