I'm a 31-inch waist and 32 inch inseam. They are just somewhat too big around the waist. They are meant for someone with a 32-34 inch waist. Length was good. I liked how extended longer than my softshell pants. Great pants because they are no frills. The 7/8 length side zips make them easy to get into and there are no other bells and whistles to get in the way.
