Im looking for a fast and budget transport between Mendoza and Fiambalá for two person. Anyone that know where to look?

How long does this trip take? 8h? 16?

In 2008 I took an overnight bus up to La Rioja, 8 hours with a stop in san juan. There they told me it would be two days until the bus to Fiambala, so I took the next bus in the general direction which took me to Aimogasta, then caught a local buses on northward to Tinogasta (nice area), then on to Fiambala. The trip was a bit haphazard, but I got there all right. I'd say12 to 16 hours depending on the frequency of local buses. Good Luck. If you need transport to high mountians of the area, look up Jonson Reynoso in Fiambala, he has an office on the main square. He is a really good guy.
